A growing firm is looking to fill two positions:
📊 Junior Accounts Clerk
📈 Senior Accounts Clerk

If you have experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or data entry, this could be your next opportunity.

🔎 Junior Position (1–2 years experience):
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software
• Experience with invoices, receipts, and data entry
• AAT or an Associate Degree preferred

📊 Senior Position (5+ years experience):
• Strong experience with bank, AR, and AP reconciliations
• Advanced QuickBooks skills including journal entries and month-end close
• Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (part-qualified or completed) or equivalent experience

🧾 Key Responsibilities Include:
• Processing invoices and receipts
• Account reconciliations
• Financial record maintenance
• Supporting accounting operations
